MODEL LICENSE
Last Updated: September 2026
This Model License governs access to and use of synthetic models made available through ANTI.
It forms part of the ANTI Terms of Use.
ANTI models are proprietary synthetic identities created for use in AI-generated creative and commercial content.
Access to an ANTI model grants a license to use that model subject to the applicable access level. It does not transfer ownership of the model or its underlying assets.
1. ANTI SYNTHETIC MODELS
ANTI models are fictional digital identities.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they do not represent real individuals.
Each model may have its own:
ANTI retains all applicable rights in the underlying synthetic model identity and associated proprietary assets.
2. LICENSE CATEGORIES
Models may be offered under one or more of the following categories:
FREE
PRO
EXCLUSIVE
The category displayed for a model determines the access required to generate new content using that model.
3. FREE MODELS
FREE models may be used by users who have access to generation functionality under their ANTI account or plan.
Subject to these Terms, generated outputs using FREE models may be used for permitted commercial purposes.
FREE status does not mean that the underlying model identity or assets are public-domain, royalty-free assets or transferred to the user.
ANTI retains ownership of the model.
4. PRO MODELS
PRO models require eligible access.
Access may be provided through:
Once valid access has been obtained, the user may generate content using that model subject to their available ANTI credits and applicable plan limits.
5. PRO MODEL UNLOCK
ANTI may offer a one-time PRO model unlock.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, an unlock grants the purchasing account ongoing access to generate content with that PRO model while the model remains generally available through ANTI.
A model unlock:
6. COMMERCIAL USE
Subject to valid model access and compliance with ANTI's policies, generated outputs may be used commercially.
Permitted uses may include:
No additional royalty is owed to ANTI solely because an authorized generated output is used commercially, unless a separate agreement expressly states otherwise.
7. GENERATED OUTPUTS
A user's license applies to generated outputs created while the user had valid access to the model.
The user may generally:
These rights remain subject to third-party rights in any content supplied by the user.
8. EXISTING GENERATIONS
If a user lawfully generates content using a model while they have valid access, later changes to that model's availability do not automatically revoke the user's rights to those existing outputs.
For example:
If a PRO model is later licensed exclusively to another brand, previously authorized generations may continue to be used according to the license that applied when they were created.
However, the previous user may lose the ability to create new generations with that model while exclusivity is active.
9. EXCLUSIVE LICENSES
Certain ANTI models may be available for exclusive licensing.
Available periods may include:
An exclusive license provides the purchasing account with exclusive access to create new generations using the relevant model during the agreed period and within the agreed scope.
10. WHAT EXCLUSIVITY MEANS
Unless otherwise stated in the purchase terms, during an active exclusive period:
Exclusivity therefore applies prospectively to new use of the model, not retroactively to authorized content already created.
11. EXCLUSIVITY DOES NOT TRANSFER OWNERSHIP
An exclusive license does not constitute a sale of the synthetic identity.
ANTI retains ownership and control of:
The exclusive licensee receives the contractual right to exclusive generation access for the agreed period and scope.
12. SCOPE OF EXCLUSIVITY
The precise scope of an exclusive license must be displayed or agreed before purchase.
Depending on the offering, scope may include limitations relating to:
Where no narrower scope is expressly stated, exclusivity applies to new customer generation access to that model across the ANTI platform for the purchased period.
13. START OF EXCLUSIVITY
The exclusivity period begins on the date specified at purchase or in the applicable agreement.
If no different date is specified, it begins when the exclusive license becomes active on the purchasing account.
The applicable end date should be visible to the licensee.
14. DURING EXCLUSIVITY
During an active exclusive license, ANTI will take reasonable technical measures to prevent other customers from initiating new generations with the model within the applicable scope.
The exclusive licensee remains subject to:
Exclusivity does not guarantee a particular number of successful generations.
15. EXISTING CAMPAIGNS DURING EXCLUSIVITY
If another user previously used the model:
ANTI does not delete another customer's historical campaign merely because exclusivity begins.
16. END OF EXCLUSIVITY
When the exclusive period ends, ANTI may:
Unless a renewal has been agreed, the previous licensee no longer has exclusive generation rights after expiration.
Previously generated authorized outputs remain usable according to their applicable license.
17. RENEWAL
An exclusive license may be renewable if ANTI offers renewal.
Renewal is not guaranteed unless expressly included in the applicable purchase agreement.
Pricing and terms for a renewal may differ from the original exclusive license.
18. PRIVATE MODEL ASSETS
Private ANTI model assets are never included in a standard model license.
These may include:
Users may not:
19. NO REDISTRIBUTION OF THE MODEL
You may distribute and publish authorized generated outputs.
You may not distribute, sublicense or sell the underlying ANTI model itself.
You may not package an ANTI model as:
You may not use ANTI's private assets to reproduce the model outside the Service.
20. NO MODEL EXTRACTION
You may not systematically generate, collect or process ANTI outputs for the primary purpose of reconstructing, cloning or training a substitute version of an ANTI synthetic model.
This includes attempts to reproduce the model's proprietary identity for use through another generation service.
21. CLIENT WORK
Agencies, studios and creators may use authorized outputs in work produced for their clients.
The user remains responsible for ensuring that:
Authorized final campaign outputs may be delivered to clients.
22. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
This Model License only governs rights associated with ANTI's synthetic models.
It does not grant rights in third-party materials included in a generation.
If you upload a third-party:
you remain responsible for having the necessary rights to use that material.
23. MODEL AVAILABILITY
ANTI may modify or discontinue a model where reasonably necessary because of:
Where reasonably possible, ANTI will seek to avoid unnecessary disruption to active paid licenses.
Active exclusive-license commitments will be handled according to the applicable agreement and mandatory law.
24. LICENSE VIOLATIONS
ANTI may restrict model access where a user materially violates this License.
This may include:
Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
25. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER ANTI POLICIES
Use of ANTI models is also subject to:
TERMS OF USE
PRIVACY POLICY
AI & CONTENT POLICY
If a specific written exclusive-license agreement conflicts with this general Model License, the specific agreement will govern the conflicting provision for that exclusive license.
26. CHANGES TO THIS LICENSE
ANTI may update this Model License as its licensing products evolve.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights already granted for authorized generated outputs except where required by law or necessary to address unlawful use.
The current version and effective date will be published on the Service.
27. CONTACT
Questions regarding model licensing or exclusivity may be submitted through ANTI's designated licensing contact channel.
The applicable contact information will be published before public launch.
